If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Because of the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless faulty. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the buyer’s expense.
